Process

Initial meeting, followed by a complete assessment of medical, social, lifestyle, spiritual, emotional and financial needs.

We then narrow down to 3-4 homes that can provide those needs. Including considering financial budget and location choice.

There is then a tour of the care homes and assistance with actual and post placement support for up to a year.
